Stories, books and games!

The Keeper, as his friends fondly call him, was born in the Land of Books. Like every child born in the Land of Books, he spent his early years reading about amazing places and adventures, which prompted him to travel the world searching for adventures of his own. The Keeper traveled around the world in eighty days, sailed across vast oceans inhabited by enormous wonderful creatures, climbed to the summits of snow capped mountains and rafted down huge rivers on whose banks were dense Green Jungles. In his journey, he met fascinating and colorful people and learned about their amazing tales.  He recorded each story in his diary, which he hoped would be submitted to the Castle's library in the Land of Books upon his return.

"The Castle of the Land of Books"

After many years, his father the Head Librarian summoned him home and he began his apprenticeship in The Land of Books' Library. When his father became old, he passed on the family position to The Keeper as Head Librarian of the Castle.  Even though his father was a very smart old man, he was not the tidiest person. His lack of organization left the Keeper to spent his early days trying to sort out all of the unknown misplaced Books.  He found them all over the Castle in the most precarious of places!  Most people had resolved that these stories had been lost forever.  His task had become a life long work, sometimes extremely frustrating, but nonetheless rewarding. 

The Keeper was indeed relieved when Smarts came to join him in this tedious endeavor. They worked each day and were later joined by Scribbles, who amused them with his hair-brained ideas and antics. Together, they proved to be a most efficient team developing a most extraordinary friendship.
